Gibson L-5
We were delighted to receive a call from a professional musician from London with regard to restoring the gold hardware of this beautiful Gibson L-5 guitar.
We concluded that the original hardware was 24ct gold plated and we were able to match the gold plate colour exactly.
The items that required attention were the two pick-up covers and tailpiece. Utilising our unique processes we were able to re-gold plate the pick-ups whilst still fitted, as there was no need for removal.
We maintain that our finishes will outperform any manufacturers finish, is harder and will last longer. The overall results were astonishing and once more, we had another very happy customer.
